Le Guyader) presenter <a href=\"http:\/\/pagesperso.litislab.fr\/cpetitjean\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2021\/04\/0141_FI-1.pdf\">her paper<\/a> at ISBI&rsquo;21 on the integration of\u00a0<span lang=\"en-US\">geometrical<\/span> constraints in the loss function for image segmentation.<\/li>\n<li>April 2021: I am Challenge Chair and Session Chair at ISBI 2021 (sadly it&rsquo;s an online event&#8230;).<\/li>\n<li>March 2021: my PhD student Rosana El Jurdi got <a href=\"https:\/\/openreview.net\/forum?id=NDEmtyb4cXu\">her paper<\/a> accepted at MIDL2021!<\/li>\n<li>Feb\/March 2021: I have been appointed Area Chair at MICCAI 2021 and MIDL 2021.<\/li>\n<li>Jan 2021: Organization of the 3rd GdR ISIS workshop on Covid19 (with C. Lartizien and N. Thome)<\/li>\n<li>Dec 2020: I have been appointed Associate Editor for Neurocomputing.<\/li>\n<li>Nov 2020: We released our survey on High-level Prior-based Loss Functions for Medical Image Segmentation on <a href=\"https:\/\/arxiv.org\/abs\/2011.08018\">ArXiv<\/a>. This is a joint work with <a href=\"https:\/\/veronikach.com\/\">Veronika Cheplygina<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Sept 2020: I am now in charge of the 2nd year of our <a href=\"http:\/\/mastersid.univ-rouen.fr\/\">Master program in Data science<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Feb 2020: We obtained a UNIQUE-MITACS Globalink Award (mobility scolarship) for our student T.
