We have described the method in <em>Shape prior based image segmentation using manifold learning,<\/em> A. Mendoza Quispe and C. Petitjean, accepted at <a href=\"http:\/\/ipta.fr\/ipta15\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IEEE IPTA<\/a>, 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Some results on right ventricle segmentation in cardiac magnetic resonance images:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.litislab.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/imgsegm.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-929\" src=\"http:\/\/www.litislab.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/imgsegm-300x87.jpg\" alt=\"imgsegm\" width=\"300\" height=\"87\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Matlab Code: our segmentation code is available <a href=\"http:\/\/pagesperso.litislab.fr\/cpetitjean\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/19\/2018\/12\/ShapePriorImSegm_NoPwd.zip\">here<\/a>.
