(course in French)<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"en\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"PIC\"><span lang=\"en\"><strong><a id=\"PIC\"><\/a>INSA ISO9001:2008 Certified Project (PIC)<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text vk_txt tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><span lang=\"en\">The pedagogic notion of <a href=\"http:\/\/asi.insa-rouen.fr\/en\/dyn\/cours?language=en&amp;id=PIC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PIC<\/a> leads graduate students\u00a0 to manage and to realize a real size project for a \u00ab\u00a0client\u00a0\u00bb in a context of teamwork (6-8 students) using an ISO 9001: 2015 referential. The P3 Unit (Pedagogy By Project), which I managed\u00a0 between 9\/2006 and 9\/2015, is in charge of this activity. Every year an external auditor controls the work performed by the students (the production for their \u00ab\u00a0clients\u00a0\u00bb and the update of the referential) and makes his report to the AFNOR Certification, a French organism issuing the ISO 9001 certificate .<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text vk_txt tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><span lang=\"en\">The topics widely vary : an IT management application to studies with research centers. In this project, a sub-project led by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ensg.eu\/?lang=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">National School of Geographic Sciences<\/a> offers a course oriented towards Geographical Information Sciences. As part of this sub-project, we have received funds to develop a curriculum (audio video) on ( spatial) databases. This <a href=\"http:\/\/coursenligne.insa-rouen.fr\/utop\/cours\/co\/utop_web.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">course<\/a> complements a previous experience (in 2004) to provide students with an audio-video support.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text vk_txt tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><span lang=\"en\">This course serves as a support for education in a partial \u00ab\u00a0Blended learning\u00a0\u00bb course and partially in traditional face-to-face (Courses and exercises). This pedagogy is based on the following principles: the course is provided by a set of videos and question-and-answer sessions. At the end of each session (2 or 3 weeks), a test based on multiple choice queries verifies the students&rsquo; knowledge acquisition. The target level\u00a0 is \u00ab\u00a0for undergraduate student and beginners\u00a0\u00bb. It serves as an entry point to more detailed MOOCs . It focuses on two jobs in the web area : community manager and implementation of websites (HTML \/ CSS \/ Client-Server) .<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text vk_txt tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\"><span lang=\"en\">Part of this MOOC serves as support for an introduction course to Web technologies in a apprenticeship cursus.
