Newspaper articles extraction
I am a member of the Document and Machine Learning research group of the LITIS Laboratory. We have worked for 25 years on document image analysis, that is building higher level knowledge or information from the automatic analysis of document images. This includes “OCR“, handwriting analysis and recognition, layout analysis etc.
My main contributions were in two projects, DocExplore and PIVAJ.
